Check Rite Systems, LLC utilizes check verification data nationwide. However, the majority of our clients are located in the following states:

Minnesota
North Dakota
South Dakota

In order to assist you in resolving check declines on your account, the declining Merchant must be a subscriber to Check Rite Systems. If the declining Merchant utilizes any other company - you must contact that company to resolve your check decline issues.

Generally, only merchants who display one of the stickers (shown to the right) in their store utilize Check Rite Systems. If the Merchant is posting any other company's documentation - you will need to contact that company directly.

Furthermore, our Merchants should provide you with a Check Denial card. That card would direct you on how to handle check declines with Check Rite Systems. If the Merchant failed to provide you with a card or provided you with another company's card - please contact the Merchant to ascertain the correct check verification company's contact information.
